TonOrbit Terms of Service

TonOrbit (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a small team based in Ticino, Switzerland. We build Telegram-native products that integrate, where applicable, with the TON blockchain. Contact:

By using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You are legally permitted to use the Services in your country and you are not located in a jurisdiction where use of the Services (including blockchain features) is prohibited.

Our mini apps run inside Telegram. Your Telegram account is your identity; keep it secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

• Some features may interact with the TON blockchain. You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and on-chain transactions. We cannot recover, undo, or refund blockchain transactions.
• Tokens associated with our ecosystem (including “$MUU”) are not investment products. They do not represent ownership, equity, or expectation of profit. Prices may be volatile and you may lose value. Do your own research and comply with your local laws.
• Network fees, congestion, smart-contract risk, and third-party service outages are outside our control.

• Digital items (e.g., spins, boosts, cosmetic items) are licensed, not sold, and may be changed, restricted, or discontinued at our discretion.
• Unless required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If a refund is granted, it’s at our sole discretion.

• Some features (e.g., wheels, lotteries) use randomness and may include eligibility limits, cooldowns, or anti-abuse checks. We may adjust probabilities, rules, and rewards over time for balance and fairness.
• Cheating, automation, multi-account abuse, exploiting bugs, or any unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of items and account restrictions.

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• upload or distribute malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
• reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Services; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems.

We own the Services and all related content, logos, graphics, and software, except where third-party rights apply. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

If you submit content (e.g., messages, usernames, scores), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, display, and reproduce that content solely to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate these Terms.

The Services may link to or rely on third-party services (e.g., Telegram, TON wallets, analytics). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content or actions. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will TonOrbit or its team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Our aggregate liability to you for all claims will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or (b) 50 CHF.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TonOrbit and our team from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., via an in-app notice or on our website). The updated Terms will be effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be the courts located in Ticino, Switzerland. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

• No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver of our rights.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.
• Language: If these Terms are translated, the English version controls in case of conflict.
