We only collect the data needed to make our apps work as intended—nothing more. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Privacy and security are top priorities at TonOrbit.

Scope
This Policy describes how TonOrbit (“we,” “us”) handles personal data across our websites and Telegram/TON mini-apps (including Mucca, Flappy Cow, 2048, AppStore, Audio → Text, and ChatGPT helper bots), together with related services and support channels.
Data we collect
Account & identifiers
- Telegram user ID, username, display name.
- Basic session metadata needed for authentication and bot functionality.
App activity
- In-app actions required for core features (e.g., scores, leaderboards, task status).
- Transaction metadata you initiate (e.g., mining actions, spins, rewards).
Content you send
- Prompts and files you voluntarily submit to tools (e.g., Audio → Text transcripts, ChatGPT prompts) to provide the feature.
Device & technical
- Basic diagnostics (e.g., timestamps, performance logs) to keep services reliable.
- Local storage on your device for UX (e.g., best scores) — this stays on your device.
We do not collect unnecessary personal details, sensitive categories unless you provide them for a feature, or cross-site tracking for advertising.
How we use data
- Provide, maintain, and improve our mini-apps and features.
- Operate leaderboards, rewards, and in-app progression fairly.
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our rules.
- Respond to support requests and communicate service changes.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms.
Where required, we rely on one or more lawful bases (e.g., performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligation).
Sharing & third parties
We do not sell personal data. We only share data to operate our services, under contracts that limit use:
- Service providers (e.g., hosting, databases, analytics strictly for functionality). This may include providers such as Firebase/Google Cloud and similar infrastructure partners.
- Telegram Bot API to deliver bot functionality you request, and blockchain networks (e.g., TON) you use. On-chain data is public and outside our control.
- AI processing for features like ChatGPT or Audio → Text may use third-party AI providers. We send only the data needed to fulfill your request.
- Legal or safety when required by law or to protect users, our services, or others.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide the services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Local data (like best scores) may persist on your device until you delete it. Public blockchain records are immutable and cannot be altered by us.
Your choices & rights
- Access, correction, deletion, and portability of your data, where applicable.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it.
- Disable non-essential local storage in your device/browser settings (some features may degrade).

Residents of certain jurisdictions (e.g., EEA/UK/Switzerland, California) may have additional rights under local law.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to our services and the nature of the data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction.
International transfers
We may process data in Switzerland and other countries where we or our providers operate. When transferring personal data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards where required by law.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under the age required by applicable law (e.g., 13 or 16). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
